3: I wake up every day at 4:30.

6: I work out, shower, meditate and get

8: dressed. sometimes my meditation is just

11: a quick minute to remind me to keep

17: charities have their annual benefit dinners.

18: i plug in my headphones and

20: start listening to my audiobooks and

21: listen at three times the normal speed

23: and get through a little more than a

24: book per week. off to work. I mostly

28: commute by train so I use an app to

29: minimize my wait time on the platform.

31: it ensures I don't miss a train by a few seconds.

32: I'm in the office by 7 a.m.

36: I try to get four to five miles of walking

37: done in the morning before I head back

39: to my desk change out my sneakers and

41: lace up my shoes to start the day.

43: First meeting's at 9:45 to organize an

45: end-of-summer celebration for our team

47: and school partners. I then have an

48: impromptu call with our contract

50: consultant to update him on the details

51: of the event. I'm working on

55: self-publishing three books in the

56: spring and had given myself an hour to write.

58: now I'm left with just 15 minutes.

62: today we have our monthly KPI meeting.

86: both personal and professional. I'm done

88: by 5:45 and headed to the gala. I keep my

91: girlfriend posted on my ETA tonight.

93: we're supporting an education charity

94: for children of lesser means in South

95: Africa. I'm out by 9 and in bed by 10:30.

98: waking up early to do it all again
